The analysis component of the project began with an evaluation of Franklin Street within its land use and transportation contexts, asking key questions like: What do we know about how the street functions today? What type of place do we need it to be in the future? How do we ensure it works well for all users? And how could we refine and build upon the significant work done during the 2015 Franklin Street plan?
